Partner FAQ

Never. Your clients see your brand only: your domain, your logo, your email sender. FatArrow is invisible at every customer touchpoint. This is by design and enforced at the infrastructure level.
Partner onboarding takes 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a 45-minute discovery call, then we configure your white-label environment and onboard your first 3 to 5 pilot clients. Most partners are selling within the first month.
We have a custom integration build queue. Priority builds for Partner clients: £2,500 one-off plus £99/month maintenance. Common MSP-specific integrations (ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne, IT Glue) are on our Phase 3 roadmap.
30-day pilot, no commitment. You run 3 to 5 of your own clients on the platform and test everything: provisioning, dashboards, support, billing. If it's not working for your business, you walk away. We commit to the platform paying for itself inside the pilot.
Cyber Essentials certification is in progress (Year 1). SOC 2 Type 1 is on the Year 2 roadmap. GDPR compliant and all data held in UK/EU. If you have specific compliance requirements, contact us and we'll give you an honest answer about current status.
